How To ‘Souper Charge’ Your Life
I share practical tools, tips and things I’ve learnt which have helped me to ‘souper charge’ my life, and I hope they will help you too. There’s a lot of advice out there about what to do to change your life and to feel healthier and happier. We have access to more information than ever before, yet many of us feel unfulfilled, and not sure how to create the life that we want. Sometimes it’s not the what to do that we struggle with, it’s the how to do it.
Often we’re living on autopilot, going through the motions everyday and letting life happen to us; we don’t intentionally create the life we want. This can lead us to feeling lost, stuck or burned out. Sometimes, we don’t know what we want; or even if we do, it can feel far away and unachievable.
I’m writing this blog because I feel passionately that life shouldn’t always feel hard, difficult and unfulfilling. You don’t need to feel lost, and out of control of where you’re going. I’ve been there, I know what that feels like, and I’ve learnt so much along the way that has helped me to feel better. Now I am in the driving seat in my life, and you can be too.
That’s what this blog is all about. It’s about sharing information, as well as tangible actions you can take, to hopefully spark thoughts and changes inside you. Ultimately, it’s about helping you to live the life you want and deserve.
About Me
My name is Maddy, and I am passionate about health, wellbeing and personal development. It’s completely changed my life, and I know it can change yours too. I am not a doctor, a therapist, or a healthcare professional. I’m just like you; trying to get to know myself, to figure out what I want, and how to make it happen. I don’t have all the answers and I am not an expert. I definitely don’t have it all figured out!
For the last couple of years, I’ve been on a huge personal growth journey and have made so many changes in my life. I used to do a job that didn’t ever feel very “me”, and I felt trapped; I didn’t feel like I was doing what I was put on this planet to do. But I didn’t know what to do about it. I was confused about who I was, what I wanted and where I was going.
Nearly all of my progress hasn’t come from any one big event or change, it has come from lots of small steps. I think that’s what changing your life is really about, taking lots and lots and lots of tiny steps everyday towards the person you want to be, or the goal you want to achieve.
I live in rural East Anglia with my husband, Iain and my son, Rex. We run our own business, and when I’m not working on that, you can usually find me reading, writing, listening to podcasts, walking our English Pointer, exercising or chasing Rex around the place!
