FAQS

What is Souper Charged Life?

Souper Charged Life is my blog. I love learning, and I am always listening to podcasts, or reading books about self-development, personal growth, health and wellbeing. I have grown so much as a person over the last couple of years, and I increasingly find myself forwarding podcasts or snippets of things I’ve learnt to friends and family. So, the idea for Souper Charged Life was born. This is a place to share things I’ve learnt, to hopefully spark new thoughts, and help others ‘souper charge’ their lives.

Why ‘Souper’ Charged…?

Because who doesn’t love SOUP!? It’s hot, comforting, healthy, nutritious, colourful and full of flavour. It makes me think about getting warm and cosy on a winter’s day. Is there anything more comforting than coming in from the cold to a hot bowl of soup? That cosy, comforting feeling of a bowl of soup on a cold day is just how I want you to feel when you read this blog.

Also, the world doesn’t need another blog called “Maddy’s Wellness Tips” or something similar, so Souper Charged Life seemed a lot more fun and captures what the blog is all about.

How do I use the blog? Where to start?

The blog is split into two sections:

  1. Ingredients: You can’t make soup without the correct ingredients, and you can’t change your life without them either. I believe that YOU have all the ingredients you need to ‘souper charge’ your life already; they are within you. This section is all about your mind – your thoughts, mindset, the way you perceive yourself and the world and so much more. Mastering your mind is the most fundamental part of unlocking the life of your dreams.
  •  A Recipe Book For Life: When we make soup, we follow a step by step recipe which tells us what to do and when. This section of the blog is your own recipe book, which will teach you how to change your life. It’s full of tangible actions you can take and things you can implement straight away, and covers a broad range of topics. From Movement, Sleep, Rest, Focus, Relationships, Stress, Goal Setting, Daily Habits and so much more. It’s all in the Recipe Book.

I would recommend starting with the “Ingredients” section first. If you can change your mindset, you really can change your life. But just pick a topic that grabs you, and jump straight in.

Who is the author of the blog, and what are their credentials?

The blog is written by me, Maddy. It’s a collection of things I have learnt either from searching within myself or from learning from others. I am not a Doctor or a Therapist or Health professional, I am just sharing my experience with others in the hope that it helps. I never claim to be an expert, or to tell you what to do – this is purely about sharing and hopefully inspiring you that you can make changes too.

What is your favourite soup?
